public class QsAlign
extends Object

Quaternary Structure Alignment (QS-Align). The algorithm takes as input two protein structures at the quaternary structure level (multiple chains or subunits) and calculates the equivalent subunit matching and a residue-based alignment, together with usual alignment quality scores.
